Strengthing our relationship with Marks & Spencer

We are strengthening our long standing working relationship with M & S and we have started work on two further stores across the country and have recently secured a third.

The first store which is in Liverpool, is an M & S flagship store for 2009. We have been employed to carry out a total refurbishment of the existing mechanical services.

The second store is in Witney and forms part the £50million Marriots Close development which will provide shops, leisure facilities, accommodation and a multi-storey car park. As a major anchor store in the Marriotts Close Development the M & S store will occupy 32,000 sq ft which will be spread over two levels.

The third is a new store being built in Aberdeen and forms part of the Union Square Development. We have been secured to carry out the mechanical services connected with the new build.
