New Superhospital to be built in Bristol

MJN Colston are very excited to be part of the construction team involved with the major changes that are currently happening within the Healthcare sector in Bristol and the surrounding areas.

At the heart of these changes is the new £430m, 800 bed , acute superhospital which is being constructed on the previous Southmead site.

The new hospital will provide patients and staff with a high quality hotel like environment fit for the twenty-first century

The hospital at Southmead is set to become the most sustainable major acute hospital in the UK with a carbon footprint below the government target, and a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’

The new superhospital is due to open its doors to the public in 2014
