Bristol Harbourside, one done, one to go..

As part of the extensive redevelopment of Bristol's waterfront, building 10 is a mixed use development with commercial areas at ground floor level and a symmetrical arrangement of apartments on six floors above, also premium apartments and penthouses on the seventh floor.The Mechanical and Electrical services were sourced through the Taylor Woodrow Strategic Alliance Partnership (SAP) with MJN Colston Limited being selected on this occasion as the Strategic Alliance Partner working in tandem with all members of the team for this prestigious project. As with all SAP projects good personal relationships and a pragmatic, non-adversarial approach to production characterised the management style on site.
