Eden House

Eden House is part of the Spitalfields Market Development Area. This 5 storey 6,8000 sq m office building has been designed for Royal London Asset Management.
The building has been designed so it will fit into the existing surroundings. The south face of the building responds to the character of the city and has a glass facade and a stainless steel woven brise soleil.
The north and east elevations respond to more to a residential area and the glass is reduced and limestone and a louvred screen has been used to restrict direct views and light pollution over the neighbouring properties.
MJN Colston Ltd installed the M & E services comprising of: central boiler Plant. A/C, Heating, Ventilation, DHWS, CWS, Automatic Controls, Gas, Water Conditioner, BMS, Chiller Plant, LV Switchgear, LV Distribution Internal / External / Emergency Lighting, Small Power, Earth Bonding, Lightning Protection, Fire Alarm, Security, Data/ Telecom Containment and CCTV and Dry riser.
