22- 25 Queen Square, Bristol

This project received Planning and Listed Building consent for 34 apartments (including 3 pent-houses and 5 affordable accommodation), a retail unit and 20,000 sq.ft. of offices, over a basement car park. Work commenced in October 2005 and was completed in the early part of 2007.
The Grade II listed façade to 25 Queen Square has been retained and has been re-created using photographic records of the original building.
22-24 Queen Square provided new open plan office accommodation of 20,000 sq ft, designed to meet the needs of today’s businesses without compromising the character of the square. The new open plan space, over five floors, has excellent natural light from west facing windows, top quality finishes throughout, air-conditioning and secure undercroft parking.
MJN Colston in conjunction with Silcock Dawson were responsible for the development of the design from stage D to completion and the installation of Mechanical and Electrical services.
