Fujitsu Stevenage

The offices of Fujitsu at Stevenage required a full refurbishment and this had to be carried out whilst maintaining “business as usual” for the client.

Programming and planning were key to the success of the project. Through regular communication and discussion with the clients team, each of the contractors were able to phase and execute their works around the ongoing business activities.

The building was originally designed as a four pipe fan coil unit system with fresh air makeup to each FCU and extract air all via the raised floor construction. The existing systems were maintained were possible and replaced as required to provide a fully functioning and efficient solution. MJN Colston were responsible for supply, installation and testing of mechanical and public health services.
