East Surrey College

East Surrey College in Redhill has received a new, world class, environmentally friendly, education facility as part of a multi-million pound revamp.

The aging facilities at Gatton Point North site were demolished, and all but one building replaced with a new improved learning centre.

MJN Colston were contracted to procure, install and commission the Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health Services. Specialised Design Packages were part of MJN Colston’s brief and these included a new Alternative Fuel Boiler Plant, Solar Energy and Rain Water Harvesting system. The more traditional design elements included; Security, Lightning Protection & BMS Controls.

The new school which accommodates around 8000 students opened its doors in 2010.
