Vantage Point
MJN Colston was responsible for carrying out the installation of the mechanical, electrical, and public health services associated with the new office buildings.
The new offices known as Vantage Point offer a total of 60,000 sq ft of high quality office accommodation in a beautiful landscape setting.
Services included within the building were VRV Air Conditioning, Solar Hot Water Generation, high efficiency lighting and lighting control system.
The building consists of 3 floors and they offer high quality and flexible space. The project achieved BREEAM rating of ‘very good’ and has incorporated heat pump technology and solar hot water heating.
