MJN Colston secured the Design and Construction Works for the new Sony Music Offices in Kensington London. The Works consist of a full design and build package to fit out two floors of offices and fit services to private entrance facilities as well as fit special facilities for SYCO Management, more recognisable as offices for Simon Cowell.
The works consist of Fire Detection and Alarm Work and Architectural Ambience Lighting, Lighting Control, Power, AV, Data & Specialist Cableways, Heating , Ventilation, Air Conditioning (comfort cooling) Domestic hot and Cold Water Sevices, Restaurant Facility, Sprinkler Fire Protection, BMS Controls System—all designed to sit above specialist ceiling rafts to provide a semi exposed visually aesthetic installation.
Aside from providing a serviced office, the restaurant is designed to be turned into a performance area where private performances can be held.
