Saddleworth Pool Refurbishment

Saddleworth Swimming Baths in Oldham, Lancashire underwent a £1.7m refurbishment in order to bring their facilities up to date.

Saddleworth Pool received a new 50-station fitness suite, dance studio and two five-a-side football pitches which joined its existing flood-lit sports pitch. It also received a new entrance and reception area as well as reconfigured wet and dry changing rooms which included group and disabled facilities.

The 25m swimming pool underwent major refurbishment which brought the aged facilities up to modern standards.

We were responsible for the following services:

  • HVAC services
  • Heating & Ventilation to all areas
  • Public Health including above ground distribution and drainage.
  • Domestic Hot Water & Cold Water to toilets & shower areas.
  • Full BMS Control System
  • Small Power Distribution services
  • Lighting (external, internal and emergency)
  • Security systems.
  • Public Address
