Thetford Leisure Centre

The complex known as Breckland Leisure Centre and Waterworld is situated on Croxton Road and serves the local community with a full range of facilities including the following;

55 station gym, group fitness classes, leisure pool, flumes, swimming pool, teaching pool, indoor bowls hall, multi-use games area and cafe bar.

This was a refurbishment project and we were responsible for updating some of the existing services in line with the latest requirements as well as installing new mechanical and electrical systems as detailed below.

  • External underground MCW & gas distribution from main meters.
  • HVAC services.
  • Heating & ventilation to all areas.
  • Public health including above ground. distribution and drainage.
  • Domestic hot water & cold water to toilets & shower areas.
  • Full BMS control system
  • Small power distribution services.
  • Lighting (external, internal and emergency).
  • Security systems.
  • Public address.
