Marks and Spencers, Witney
This new Marks and Spencer’s store is part of the £50million Marriotts Close development which will provide shops, leisure facilities, accommodation and a multi-storey car park for Witney.
Occupying 32,000 sq ft over two levels in the centre of this prestigious development the store will stock both clothing and the famous “not just food, but M&S food”. As a major anchor store in the Marriotts Close Development M&S is one of the key attractions.
We were are responsible for the following services:
- Co-ordination of all building services routes within the store including electrical, mechanical, public health and sprinkler installations.
- Installation of a new gas main from the developer’s demise.
- LPHW heating system installation throughout the store.
- Mains CWS and HWS installations throughout the store including the installation of a Solar Heating system to provide the store’s hot water.
- Installation of all ventilation systems, consisting of one ‘supply air only’ AHU and various extract systems.
- Design and purchase of an off-site manufactured packaged boiler room.
- Installation and commissioning of a complete BMS system.
