Bridgewater Park Buildings 303/304, Birchwood Park

Phase two of the £10m prestigious development in Birchwood Park, Warrington provided two new state of the art office buildings known as Buildings 303 and 304 and they were completed in April 2007.

The two new offices provide a combined 90,235 sq ft of high quality office space which sets new standards for building design, flexible workspace and landscaping.

In the 2007 BCO Awards as voted by the British Council for Offices Bridgewater Place was voted Best Commercial Workspace within the North West of England.

We were responsible for the mechanical and electrical services including

Mechanical Services Include:

  • Co-ordination of all building services routes within the office including mechanical, public health and VRV systems
