Marks and Spencer, Liverpool

Marks & Spencers Grade II listed store in Liverpool City Centre is undergoing internal and external works renovation works.
The project involves extending the existing the store into four adjacent units and trading from the first floor of the listed building (Compton House), which has been vacant for a number of years.
This will also provide the store with a new shopfront and the restoration of many of the façade’s original features, whilst the advertisement consent obtained will accommodate Marks & Spencer’s latest corporate branding.
The scheme will enable M&S to improve and broaden their retail offer at a time when there is much competing retail activity taking place in Liverpool City Centre.
We are refurbishing the following mechanical services:
- Replacement of chilled water chiller, pumps and controls.
- Replacement of air handling units.
- New ventilation and air conditioning system to Ground and First Floor Sales Floor.
- Replace existing pneumatic control & BMS systems.
- Alterations to plumbing services.
